Non-standard work, for example attendance to record a meeting, is charged at £150 per hour or increment thereof for notarial work/attendance, and £250 per hour or increment thereof for conveyancing and other matters.
When we are at maximum capacity (with no capacity for more work) we may temporarily raise prices above our usual fees shown above in order to reduce incoming workload. You will be informed in writing of our fee before you instruct us if that is the case.
We sometimes have notarial clients state that they have "one document" but then come in with multiple documents such as a power of attorney, several affidavits, and a declaration, believing them to be one document because the sender sent it to them as a single PDF. The best way to tell how many documents there are is often to look at how many times the notary needs to sign. We will always confirm how many documents there are with you before we proceed.
Payment
Fees must be paid at the time of the service.
We can accept payments in cash, by bank transfer or by card.
